Customizable pen to improve the traveler experience in Air France’s Premium Economy class
During the flight, passengers can select a design for each part of their pen (tip, ink, grip). The crew then brings the spare parts in the dedicated packaging that the passenger can assemble.
This pen reflects the technical prowess of flying in an airplane and the DNA of a brand like Air France.
