Research around the recyclability of plant pots from the horticultural sector with rudimentary tools

Every year, the French horticultural sector uses 425 million plastic pots that are almost immediately thrown away. Would it be possible for someone - individual or professional - to recycle their own polypropylene using little to no equipment?

Due to lockdown, I tried to find ways to answer this question using only pots from a local greenhouse and available equipment : an old kitchen oven, a blender, metal scraps and a phone camera to document the research.

It led me to an internship in a plastic recycling company to explore this topic at a bigger scale.
