Trilib’ is a street recycling station made for (and with) Paris City Hall.
The 5 containers of a garbage station - one for each type of garbage - are disposed at a 45° angle to create a dynamic rhythm in the urban environment, as opposed to the existing monolithic containers. Rotomolded in polyethylene, the sides feature grooves to strengthen the container. The front offset facilitates accessibility.
Merging the needs and systemic constraints of the wide variety of actors involved in selective recycling was the greatest challenge of this project.
